Katja Lemermeyer

Katja studied Economics at McGill University in Montréal, Canada, where she also spent several years working with the Canadian Happiness Economics Research Group at McGill’s Institute of Health and Social Policy. Before starting at Charm, she was a business analyst for Calgary Economic Development, in Alberta, Canada, where she examined immigrant outcomes in the local labor force. Alongside her current role as Director of Health Analytics, Katja is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. She first joined Charm Economics as an Analyst in 2021.
